CHURCH (CONT) Goetten stated that she felt that 54 stalls was more than enough parking area so why require paving? Mabusth stated that the gravel parking area also includes the required loading berth. Callahan stated that this proposal might excel and grow very much but on the other hand it might go the other way and then the City would have a non-conformin building with no paving. If they are going to grant a conditional use to them now they should conform to all the codes. v ' v:: Rovegno asked why they were assessed 1 sewer Uiilt? Mabusth stated that the entire 50 acre parcel was asse 1 sewer unit and that the church was to receive that unit. Rovegno asked if it did need another sewer unit would they have the pipe capacity to do this? Also with all the expansion they have planned for the future, how ^yiy sewer units will they get to?V' Mabusth stated that if Council approves an additional unit for the church it would be taking away units from school. • ■ Rovegno asked if Michael Gaffron had look at the property for septic purposes? Mabusth stated that because of the area of the lot, Ga was not asked to do an in depth review. Goetten asked when the Long Lake and Medina hookup would be completed?
