If they are going to grant <br />a conditional use to them now they should conform to <br />all the codes. <br />v ' v:: <br />Rovegno asked why they were assessed 1 sewer Uiilt? <br />Mabusth stated that the entire 50 acre parcel was asse <br />1 sewer unit and that the church was to receive that <br />unit. <br />Rovegno asked if it did need another sewer unit would <br />they have the pipe capacity to do this? Also with all <br />the expansion they have planned for the future, how <br />^yiy sewer units will they get to?V' <br />Mabusth stated that if Council approves an additional <br />unit for the church it would be taking away units from <br />school. <br />• ■ <br />Rovegno asked if Michael Gaffron had look at the <br />property for septic purposes? <br />Mabusth stated that because of the area of the lot, Ga <br />was not asked to do an in depth review. <br />Goetten asked when the Long Lake and Medina hookup <br />would be completed? <br />Mabusth stated sometime this summer and that that <br />line runs right by the church.M y'\ <br />. t:‘ . v: ' • <br />Rovegno moved to approve the conditional use permit <br />for the New Life Bible Church to permit construction o <br />a 136' X 72' church building subject to the following <br />conditions; <br />V' <br />X. *.
