Rd. 135 - 469 Tonkawa Road <br />I have reviewed the above noted site in the field and have the following cotnments: <br />1) Your driveway permit application will not be approved until the City of <br />Orono has acted upon your building permit and related matters. Contact <br />Henry Muhich at 473-7357 if you have any questions. <br />2) As discussed in our telephone conversation of 1/28/77, the proposed driveway <br />location is undesirable because of the limited sight distance to the south. <br />A speed limit of 35 mph requires a sight distance of 350 feet. The sight <br />distance from your proposed driveway location is approximately 285 feet. By <br />moving the driveway to the south edge of your property a sight distance of <br />450+ feet results. <br />3) Any filling in the northeast corner of your property will effect the drainage <br />characteristics of the area. Recommendations on drainage will be made by <br />Hennepin County in the spring. <br />4) No work is to begin within county right of way u.itil an approved driveway <br />permit has been issued. <br />I will be holding the driveway permit until the questions regarding the building <br />permit have been resolved.
