Any permit issued under tne <br />provisions of this Order is permissive only and no liability shall <br />be incurred by the State or by any of its officers, agents or <br />employees by reason of the issuance of such permit or by reason of <br />any acts or operations of the permittee. The permittee shall be <br />solely responsible for any damage or injury to persons, domestic or <br />wild animals, waters, or property, real or personal of any kind, <br />resulting from the permittee's acts or operations, and at all times, <br />the State of Minnesota, its officers, agents, and employees shall be <br />held harmless from any liability for such damage or injury. <br />(f) Disclaimer. REVIEW OF PERT4IT DECISIONS. <br />If the permit is granted with conditions, or is denied, <br />the applicant may, within 30 days after mailed notice thereof, <br />file with the Commissioner of Natural Resources a demand for <br />review of the application. If no demand for review is made <br />within the 30 days, the permit decision becomes final. <br />Section 7.
