The design was reviewed, a permit was issued, the installation was inspected, and <br />final approval has been granted for use in compliance with the approved OSTP As -Built Form. <br />As a reminder, proper care and maintenance in accordance with your SSTS management plan is needed <br />in order to extend the life of your septic system.
