(#277), John Gullickson, Sr. <br />(#279), Joseph Reycraft (#280) and William Stewart (#281). <br />General discussion and comments turned toward unfinished <br />business. Among the items discussed were the need to have <br />a formal system of obtaining applicants for the Planning <br />Conmission and notifying those applicants when there is a <br />vacancy and when the vacancy has been filled. <br />The menbers were worried about the liability arising out <br />of their piblic duties. Because of their frequent visits <br />to private property, the> discussed the desiri)ility of <br />liaving some form of official identification to carry with <br />idiem. Is this something the City coul'^ provide? <br />John Guthrie volunteered to meet with the Council and <br />inquire as to the Council policy for providing protection <br />suc^ as liability insurance or the right to counsel if <br />adverse situations arise. <br />McDonald moved, Hosfield seconded, that John Guthrie be <br />appointed to meet with Council to discuss this matter. <br />Motion - Ayes (6), Nays (0). <br />Guthrie moved, Dunlap seconded, that the meeting be <br />"fijoumed at 10:05 p.m. <br />:-v <br />o <br />r <br />^J <br />■**1-
