He infoimed the CcHnnission that the <br />present location of the sewer line running througji the property, <br />along with the easement, would limit any addition to the building <br />to approximately 35*. This 35* is of higher elevation than the <br />westem portion of the lot. With this restriction, the Planning <br />Commission.could consider making no changes in the zoning. The <br />Zoning Administrator also read all the proposed changes in the <br />approved uses and conditional uses to be considered for B-5 <br />as follows: <br />Approved Uses: <br />Arts and school supplies store <br />Banks and insurance companies <br />Baiber and beauty shops <br />Bicycle sales and repair <br />Books, magazines, record shop <br />Garden supplies, florist shop <br />Gift or antique shops <br />Hobby shops, camera and photographic supply stores <br />Jewelry shops and repair <br />Laundromats <br />Locksmith <br />Music, radio, TV appliance sales and rejiair stores <br />Newsstands <br />/T^fice supply store, office machine store <br />'^t shop <br />Pipe and tobacco shops <br />Plumbing, electrical, heating, housacares, furniture, <br />carpet store <br />Postal substation <br />Real estate sales <br />Sewin| center and yard goods <br />Sporting goods store <br />Temporary sales such as Qiristmas tree lots <br />Travel bureau <br />Conditional Use: <br />Tailor shops <br />Dry cleaning and laundry pick-up stations, including <br />incidental pressing and repair <br />Many of the public voiced their concern over the limited use <br />of the commercial property. Mr. Ulrick inquired if a <br />’’conditional use” went with the land, and he was assured that <br />it did. <br />The Zoning Administrator asked if Mr. Kullberg was present, <br />and if he would like to report on the findings of the Navarre <br />^^operty oivners concerning their suggestions for approved uses. <br />Sur.
