All but 100' of the total 465* on the east <br />shoreline is already protected with riprap. <br />After a brief discussion, Pesek moved, Dunlap seconded, to <br />recommend approval subject to approval of the Village <br />Engineer. Schleich is requesting approval of final plat which <br />was never submitted properly at the time of the <br />original application in June of 1975, by George Toman. <br />Hie necessary mylar and hardshells have been submitted. <br />The dimensions indicated cn the final plat coincide with <br />/Abose on the proposed preliminary plat. Mr. Sdileich <br />'sj also requesting a lot area and width variance for his <br />proposed addition. <br />After a brief discussion, Pesek moved, Dunlap seconded, <br />to recommend approval of final lot rearrangement plan <br />subject to the combination of Lots 61 and 62. Also <br />recommended approval of variances for proposed addition <br />subject to recording final plats.
