Hie access <br />to the new liouse would branch off the existing private driveway. <br />Tliis division is not too coiiplex so detailed surveys were not rc(|uirod. <br />^Ir. Harrison assures ne all setback re(iuirencnts will be met. Ve would have <br />to have a survey of that area before \>io could issue a !»uildine perrut, !;owcver, <br />as we would have to confirm those setbacks. <br />A Park Dedication Fee of $500 ($250 per lot) would be forthcoming.
