Ifyatt - 4220 South Watertewi Road <br />The Wyatts are requesting a subdivision of their 9.49 acres into 2 parcels. <br />(One slightly less and one exceeding the 5 acre minimum requirement.) They <br />uould both exceed the minimum lot width requirement Of 300'. No problem <br />herer but a Public Hearing should be scheduled. <br />With this proposal they are also requesting a Conditional Use Permit to <br />move in another house and garage (guest house) onto the south lot# which is <br />already occupied by a residence. The Guest House would require a Conditional <br />Use Permit. The Wyatts, however, have submitted a letter assuring us they <br />would remove the existing residence within 18 months.
