The existing lot <br />contains 11,000 sq. ft. and is 46' wide at the location of the house. 'Hiis <br />lot is therefore 32,!^60 sq. ft. short of the rci|uircd area and 94' short of <br />the required lot width. The pro|K>sal addition would not conflict with the <br />required setbacks.
