Mr. Niichel is <br />requesting approval of sulidividing this parcel into ' lots, each exceeding <br />five total acres. Some of the newlv proposed lots include some wetlands, <br />but all do meet the 2 acre dry, buildablc acre requirement. <br />The proposed road and cul-de-3ac are to lie private access roads with a 50’ <br />easement to tlie City for utilities (100' easement at the cul-de-sac). <br />A Public Hearing should be scheduled. <br />\
