7 <br />,l <br />MIN8TES OF A REGULAR MEETING HELD AUGUST 21, 1974 7 <br />Butler moved, Welsh seconded, to approve the <br />issuance of On S Sale of non-intoxicating <br />malt liquor and Setup License to the Stubbs <br />Bay Marina Cafe, contingent on the approval <br />of the Liquor Control Commissioner. Motion, <br />Ayes (3) - Mays (0). Councilman Paurus <br />abstained. <br />ON 6 OFF-SALE & SETUP <br />LICENSES <br />Stubbs Bay Marina Cafe <br />Paurus moved, Butler seconded, to grant <br />preliminary plat approval to the DiCon <br />Farview subdivision conditioned on two <br />acre lots throughout the entire subdivision. <br />Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br />SUBDIVISION <br />Farview - DiCon ) <br />/ <br />/ <br />! <br />The attorney presented a status report on <br />MSA funding. Further information will be <br />submitted September 10, 1974. <br />MSA FUNDING i <br />The attorney presented a status report on <br />the IDS agreement. The status report <br />indicated that more time would be required <br />by IDS in reviewing the zoning and development <br />agreement. It was also agreed that a parallel <br />comparision of all conditions was necessary. <br />IDS AGREEMENT <br />It was agreed that all procedures concerning <br />fill permits would be closely channeled <br />through the Village Administrator and legal <br />department. <br />FILL PERMITS <br />Butler moved, Welsh seconded, that the All <br />Fund Accounts 17101 thr^^jgh 17177 and Liquor <br />Store Accounts 10206 through 10231, including <br />the addition of a second check to the Twin <br />City Wine Company in the amount of $147.43, <br />because payment was stopped on the original <br />check that was lost be paid. Motion, Ayes <br />Nays (0). <br />BILLS <br />(4) - <br />Butler moved, Searleii^ seconded, that the <br />meeting be adjourned at 11:50 P.H.
