Elliott arrived at 9:15 P.M. <br />Absent: Chairman Guthrie. Also present: Council** <br />^n Paurus, Engineer Willis Gilliardi representing <br />OiCon: ^iessrs. Dickey, Lynch, and Jarvis. <br />Hr. Lynch, representing DiCon, opened the meeting <br />showing a series of sketches indicating that <br />subdivision along <br />shoreline on Maxwell Bay. The <br />sketches showed lot and road configurations, <br />slope analysis, green area and a drainage <br />pattern, showing 100% drainage into Maxwell <br />Bay. Proposed is: 19 lots with a minimum of <br />acres, one outlet on the lake proposed <br />A recreation area and one 8% acre lot <br />encompassing the original estate residence. <br />Mr. Lynch then presented another drainage plan <br />^ereby there would be a 16% diversion of <br />A|fAAnwater to French Lake via a culvert across <br />^proposed entrance to the property at County <br />Hoad #84 and along County Road #84 to French Lake. <br />^ A**® ^o**®cted a storm drain io remove excess <br />water from the marsh near the Old Crystal Bay <br />H^d access to the marsh near the lake* Another <br />Sketch showed a new configuration of lots to <br />allow the road servicing the property to skirt <br />toe marsh near Old Crystal Bay Road instead of <br />toe original proposal to go through it. <br />time. Mr. DeLessops <br />stated that there already is a drainage problem <br />on his property caused by water coming down <br />County Road #84, and felt another 16% drainwater • <br />diverted from this property would increase the problem. <br />*The problem on their property is similar to <br />M ..
