MINVTES OF A REGUUVR MEETING HELD SL'PTEILIER 10, 19^ <br />Butler moved, Paurus seconded, that the <br />request of Samuel Ilarfield, Scotch Pine <br />Lane, for a conditional use permit be <br />referred to the Planning Commission, Motion, <br />Ayes (4) - Mays (O). <br />Butler moved, Paurus seconded, that the <br />request for a conditional use permit for <br />a sign for Loren Butterfield, be referred <br />to the Planning Commission. Motion, Ayes (4) - <br />Mays (0). <br />Hr. Russell Lund, who resides at 905 Tonkawa <br />Road, requested permission to retain a 140* <br />short*wave aerial on his property for the <br />purpose of operating an amateur short-wave <br />radio. Mr. Lund presented statements from <br />some residents citing no objections. Other <br />residents stated that aesthetic values were <br />teing ignored. The legal department was <br />xnstructed to investigate all laws and <br />ordinances and report to the Village. Council <br />on September 24, 1974. <br />Paurus moved, Butler seconded, to conceptually <br />approve the drainage de.‘* '.gn as presented in <br />the preliminary plat, Farview subdivision, <br />admitted by Bill Dickey and Jack Lynch of <br />DiCon Construction Corp.
