The original proposal included an outlot <br />for lakeshore privileges. This outlot has been eliminated on this pro­ <br />posal, however. <br />This new proposal consists of 19 new lots, plus the exception idiich now <br />cm^ns a dwelling. All the new parcels exceed the 2 acre (87,120 sq. ft.) <br />minimin, dry build^)le area if the notations by the engineers are correct. <br />Several of the lots are less than the required 200 ft. lot width. <br />The proposal includes a 50* access easement for a private road.
