Hie parcel of land at 4220 Watertown Road mist be surveyed and a <br />certificate nist be drawn showi^ lot lines, existing buildings, and <br />the proposed building location including all setbacks. <br />2. The new building location can have only one residence which neans: <br />a. <br />b. <br />c. <br />The existing house exist be resaived, or <br />The parcel mist be legally subdivided, or <br />You lust obtain a Conditional Use Pendt for a Guest House under <br />Section 34.027. « <br />3. A House Moving Pemit mist be obtained under Sections 69B.020 and <br />69B.060. <br />4.
