The Zoning <br />Adninistrator informed Mr. Solie and the Commission that the <br />generally enforces regulations. Agencies like <br />ttie FCWD make recommendations and generally do not enforce Qthese. <br />Sever^ members were concerned and voiced their disaroroval <br />regardi^ the procedures of the MCWD and lAKID vhen granting <br />approval of sudi plications.
