Mr. Conry is request- <br />Aing approval to build a home on this 1/2 acre site. The <br />Planni^ Gomnission was concerned about possible heal^ problems <br />resulting from the ineffective use of on-site septic systenm on <br />lots less than 2 acres. The Commission was also concerned <br />about this 1/2 acre lot in this 2 acre zone. They suggested <br />that Mr. Conry consider replatting entire plat and sdOndt <br />revised plans for Planning Commission and Council considera­ <br />tion. Mr. Conry was not sure that the two adjoining neighbors* <br />Mr. Kennedy and Mr. Marfield, would approve of this replattihg. <br />The Planning Commission then requested a statement from the <br />neifl^d)ors along with the revised plat.
