Theyalso supported Mr. Imran's proposal for lakeshore lots. <br />failing to come iq> with an action motion. Chairwoman <br />IXxilap recessed this matter until later in the meeting. SI <br />requested tiiat Mr. I^ran and his attomey discuss this pro <br />posal and return later for a decision by the Planning Gonmission. <br />b • T ■, <br />present. He is requesting a side yard variance <br />of 5 fran the required 10*. The Planning Commission was <br />^certain about the proposed location of this garage, <br />msfield mov^, Hara^ seconded, to table this matter allow <br />ing tte applicant to subaiit a new survey designating the <br />location of existing trees so as to establish exact location <br />of proposed garage to eliminate the need of removing these <br />trees and confirm exact setbacks. <br />At th^ time, Mr. came forward and informed the <br />Planning Comnission that they had decided to stay with their <br />original p^sal. Woolley moved. Van Nest seconded, to <br />approve this subdivision on the condition that no additional <br />wiances ^ granted and subject to a park dedication fee. <br />(WooUey), Nays - 3 (Van Nest, Dunlap, <br />Hosfield), Abstain - 2 (McDonald, Hannah), <br />Vm Hosfteld seconded, to table this natter for <br />^#0 to allow the applicant to submit this proposal for <br />nirther discussion or to present new proposal.
