The Zoning Adndnistrator presented the <br />Notice of Public Hearing and the Affadavit of Publication. <br />Jeny Finnamore represented Van Eeckhout Building Corporation <br />at this meeting. The Zoning Administrator explained feat <br />Mr. Van Eeckhout is requesting approval to subdivide fee 18 <br />acres into 8 parcels. Ihis would exceed the minijiun lot size <br />would meet width requirements. Several <br />mig^rs were present: Jack Rosengren, Vem Theis, Dean <br />Lindbloom and Jack Devaney. They were concerned abwt fee <br />na^ral flow of drainage in this area. These residents then <br />pointed out to fee Planning Conmission fee flow of this <br />drainage. Mr. Finnamore stated feat they would not be making <br />^ changes in fee drainage flow.
