He ui^rstood that <br />they had some problems, and he did feel that they mere <br />tiyi^ to iiprove their property. However, he was wonder- <br />i^ if they could make some effort to clean tqp the bad: <br />part of the house. Among other things, he mentioned <br />several cars and boats that were stored on their pnq)erty. <br />Mrs. Benedict was present and explained that they were <br />storing the boats for a friend of their son's mtil he <br />could make arrangeaients to store then elsewhere. Her <br />Itusband does have a coiqple of cars whidi he uses for <br />spare parts. Because of the high cost of having gaibage <br />hauled away, they did acamilate a variety of different <br />items of trash mtil th^ had enou^ for one load. <br />H^e moved, Hosfield seconded, to reconnend approval of <br />this non-confonning lot size for the proposed addition <br />based igxn the fact that the lot area cannot be expanded, <br />no setback variance is required, area is sewered, propert] <br />-confoiming garage prior to Staining' <br />a building pexmit and that the owners make an effort to <br />re thr • ■' - * -in^rove the appearance on the outside of the house. <br />Motion - Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />Because this is a renewal of an expired variance, Itake <br />moved, Hosfield seconded, to recommend iqgproval of this <br />variance based on the sane conditions mentioned in the <br />minutw of the July 28, 1975, meeting.
