Meaber McDonald was concerned <br />^t drainage at the existing road. The Parten »s informed <br />Mmiber McDonald and the Coanission that there is now a <br />^ culvert under the gravel road. Hake moved, Hosfield <br />seconded, to reconaend approval of this subdivision subject <br />to a park dedicate fee and final plat to be submitted, <br />and on Uie condition that tiie County approve of any new <br />access to the north parcel.
