The proposed changes include: <br />Increase in Subdivision and Park Dedication Tees related to Zoning Applications, <br />increase in Inspection Charge for Contractual Inspection Scrv ice (i.c. Minnetonka Beach and <br />Spring Park). <br />Addition of charge for Canoe Rack Rental for slips at Summit Beach. <br />Increase In Garbage Hauler License fee. <br />Increase in Solicitation and Transient Merchant 1.iccn.se fees. <br />Various increases to Liquor Licenses and Investigation fees. <br />Addition of fees for Liquor Violations. The violation fees and penalties would become <br />cfTective after criminal proceedings are concluded. The Council ma>- decide to schedule an <br />administrative hearing to stress the seriousness with which the Cit>- considers any violation <br />of the liquor ordinances; or if the licensee contests the facts of the alleged violation and'or <br />the violation penalty, the matter will be scheduled for a hearing before the Council. <br />Increase in fee for Firearms Permit to Carry. <br />Addition of charge for Firearms Permit to Acquire. <br />Increase in fees for Large Assembly and Parades & Special Events permits. <br />Addition of charge for Accident Photos. <br />2.8”/'o increase in sewer rates and 3.2% increase in water rates. <br />Increase of 4.2“o in all sanitary' sewer and water connection charges. <br />Increase to various golf course charges. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to adopt the attached ordinance adopting the City’s Fee Schedule for 2002 and Summary <br />Ordinance for publication.
