A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br />ORONO PTO FOR <br />A ONE DAY OFF-SITE GAMBLING PERMIT <br />WHEREAS, the Orono PTO is licensed to conduct lawful gambling acti\ities; and <br />WHEREAS, the Orono PTO has proposed to conduct a one day olT-site gambling <br />activity (rafne) as part of its annual Mid Winter Fun Fest at the Orono Middle School on February <br />2.2002;and <br />WHEREAS, the Orono PTO is required to obtain approval of the ofT-site gambling <br />activity from the city in which the activity will occur. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Orono City Council does hereby <br />approve the application of the Orono PTO to conduct a one day off-site gambling activity (raffle) <br />at the Orono Middle School on February 2,2002. <br />2001. <br />Adopted at a regular meeting of the Orono City Council this 10th day of December, <br />ATTEST:Barbara A.
