In addition, <br />there arc a number of items to be addressed in a separate council worksession. <br />To assist in selecting a date and time for a Joint worksession, both Council and Planning <br />Commission members were provided with a calendar of potential dates and times. It appears the best <br />times for the Planning Commission members are: 8:00 a.m. on December 18,19, and 20. and 5:30 <br />p.m. on Thursday, December 20. It appears the best time for the Council is 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. <br />December 20. <br />It is important that the Council selects worksession dates at the December 10 meeting, so that <br />calendars can be finalized. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to select a date and time for the joint Council/Planning Commission worksession. <br />Motion to select a date and time for a Council w orksession.
