L— <br />ZONINGAPPLICATfONS (COW.) <br />Applicable <br />Code Sectioa <br />PARK DEDICATION FEES I Maakipal Code <br />ScclkM 11.62 <br />Land Dcdicalion MiHimam Area • SubdiviUers ihall be required to dedicate to the City for <br />parks, playgrouads, trails, opca spaces and other public purposes as a minimum that pcrcenlage <br />of gross land area, or other such amount as may be determined by the City Council, as set forth below: <br />(I) Rcsidential/Agricullurat/Multiple Residential Zoned Ijind. <br />Dedication requirement of ll% of the land being platted or subdisided. <br />(Esclusive of lot that includes an eshting residence.) <br />Commcrcial/Industrial Zoned Land. <br />Dedkaled requiremeol of i% of the land being platted or subdisided. <br />Cash Coalrlbution in Lieu of Lands. In those instances where a cash contribution b to be made <br />by the subdhider, in Ueu of a conveyance or dedication of land, tbc cash coolribulion to be <br />contributed shall be equivalent to the fair market value of the equivalent undeveloped land <br />that would otherwise have been conveyed or dedicated.
