Above Ground Fuel Tank The Fire Marshal has stated if a priv-ate refueling tank is installed the plans shall be submitted to ensure all Hre standards are met. The applicants would consuuct a 1,000 gallon above ground refueling point for theit company vehicles. The location of the refueling point is depicted on the site plan attached to this report. Staff Recommendation Staff recommends the outside storage areas meet the minimum setbacks and requirements of the zoning chapter. At a minimum the following standards should be met.
