The <br />maximum size of the new garage structure is and will not exce^ 999.50 square feet. The new <br />garden room will not exceed 496 square feet. <br />The existing garage will be torn down and the new garage will be placed approximately 3 feet north <br />of the back (or lakeside) wall of the existing garage. <br />J
