RESOLirriON APPROVING PAY PLAN ADJUSTMENTS FOR <br />NON-UNION CITY EMPLOYEES FOR 2002 <br />WHEREAS, the City Administrator is responsible for annually presenting pay plan <br />adjustments for City employees, with the exception of employees covered ^ collective braining <br />agreements: and <br />WHEREAS, sufficient fiinds have been appropriated in the proposed 2002 Annual Budget <br />to flmd the recommended pay plan adjustments and such other matters of compensation as herein <br />specified. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Orono City Council as follows: <br />1.That the 2002 employee pay schedule; reflecting a 3.75% pay adjustment effective <br />1-1-2002, is approved. <br />That the City's contribution toward the cost of employee group insurance increase to <br />a maximum of $460.00 per month. <br />That City employees using their own vehicles for approved work related business <br />shall be compensated at a rate of $.345 per mile. <br />Adopted by the Council this 13th day of November, 2001. <br />ATTEST: <br />Barbara A.
