Soil tests and design w ork show that a three bedroom <br />primao ’ and alternate septic site can be located on the propert>'. The sites are on an easement on the <br />neighboring lot to the SW of the proposed house. The primary site will be an in-ground seepage bed <br />and the replacement site is an in-ground trench system. There is a well that must be moved when <br />the replacement site is used to meet the 50 foot setback.
