The approval was subject to the follovsing <br />conditions: <br />1.The existing non-compliant septic system is required to be abandoned per state and local <br />requirements and a new residence shall be connected to sanitary sewer. If it is determined <br />connection to sanitary sewer is not possible additional review of the variances by the Council <br />is required. <br />Any amendments to the individual site and building plans shall require Building and Zoning <br />Department Staff approval. Staff findings shall be made that the final site and building plans <br />are consistent with the approved plans. The Building and Zoning Staff shall refer any plans <br />to the City Council that are found to not be consistent with the variance approvals. <br />A draft resolution approving variances will be mailed to you prior to the Council meeting. Your next <br />scheduled meeting v\ith the City Council is scheduled for Tuesday. November 13.2001 beginning <br />at 7:00 D.m. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Council minutes, they are available from the City Clerk <br />after review and approval by the City Council. <br />1
