GlTYofORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /><16 ^NO. <br />This General Concept Plan approval resolution approves the development concept <br />subject to the applicant meeting the requirements of this resolution and all other <br />requirements of the City. This resolution does not constitute approval of the <br />Rezoning or Comprehensive Plan Amendment. This resolution does not constitute <br />Preliminary Plat Approval. Such approvals shall only be considered when the <br />City Council finds that all "Conditions for Development Plan and Final Plat <br />Approval" as identified herein have been met. <br />This Conceptual Approval shall be effective for a period of 6 months from the <br />date of this resolution. If Development Plan and Final Plat Approval is not <br />granted within that period, the terms and conditions of this resolution shall be <br />null and void. The City Council at its sole discretion may c.xtend this ctTective <br />period. <br />The undersigned applicants have read and reviewed this document. <br />Adopted by the Orono City Council on this 12th day of March. 2001. <br />ATTEST: <br />Linda S.
