GITYofORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 4 5 0 5 <br />The height of the pole building shall be in accordance with the provisions of the <br />Munici^ Zoning Code. <br />A restrictive covenant shall be filed in the chain of title alerting future proper^ <br />owners of the restrictions that apply to oversized accessory structures. <br />Property owner agrees to limit the accessory buildings on the property to one 36' X <br />60' pole bam and one 22* X 24 ’ garage as shoN^n on the site plan attached to this <br />resolution as Exhibit A. <br />5.Authorities granted by this variance run with the property not with the applicants, but <br />are permissive only and must be exercised by application for a building permit wthin <br />one year of the date of Council approval, or this variance will expire on that date <br />(August 14,2001). <br />Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this variance <br />shall constitute a violation of the zoning code, shall automatically terminate any <br />authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />The undersigned applicants have read, understood and hereby agree to the terms of <br />this resolution and on behalf of themselves, their heirs, successors and assigns, <br />hereby agree to the recording of tl..* resolution in the Chain of Title of the property. <br />Adopted by the City- Council of the City or Orono.
