DRAFT -2^:^ ^-*7 <br />LAKE MINNETONKA CONSERVATION DISTRICT <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE PROHIBmNG THE USE OF MOTORIZED <br />WATFJICRAFT ON CERTAIN PARTS OF LAKE <br />MINNETONKA; ADDING NEW SECTION 1.02, SUED. 28 AND <br />NEW SECTION 3.021. <br />THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE LAKE MINNETONKA CONSERVATION DISTRICT <br />ORDAINS as follows: <br />Section I. LMCD Code Section 1.02 is amended by adding new Subd. 28 as follows, and <br />renumbering the remaining subdivisions thereof acooidingly: <br />Subd. 28. **MotOfboat" means anv watercraft propelled in any manner bv machinery <br />including ^^>^tcTcimfl temporarily eouipned with detachable motors. <br />Section 2.
