ORDINANCE NO., SECOND SERIES <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF ORONO <br />AND AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP <br />BY REZOMNG PROPERTY WITHIN <br />OUTLOT F. SUGAR WOODS, HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />FROM B-1 RETAIL SALES BUSINESS DISTRICT TO <br />B^ HIGHW AY COMMERCIAL DISTRICT OR <br />RPUD RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT <br />AND ADDING SECTION 10J3 SUBDIVISION 9 REGARDLNG <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT NO. 2 <br />- FILE «640 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal coqxuution organized and existing <br />under the laus of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has approved the replatting of <br />Outlet F, Sugar W'oods, Hennepin County. Minnesota into Lots I and 2. Orono Ambar. Hennepin <br />County', Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the rezoning of said Lots I and 2 per the <br />findings, terms and conditions of Resolution No._______adopted___________. 2001. and the <br />ceratin PI D Agreement between Dunbar Development Corporation and the City of Orono dated <br />_______, 2001. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, HIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORONO <br />DOES HEREBY ORDAIN: <br />Section 1. Hie Municipal Code of Orono is amended by amending the onicial zoning map and <br />zoning district boundaries for the property described as follows: <br />Lot I, Block 1. Orono Ambar. Hennepin County, Minnesota. <br />Said property is hereby rezoned from B-1 Retail Sales Business District to B-6 Highway Commercial <br />District. <br />Section 2. The Municipal Code of Orono is amended by amending the official zoning map and <br />zoning district boundaries for the property described as follows: <br />Lot 2. Block 1. Orono Ambar, Hennepin County, Minnesota. <br />Said property is hereby rezoned from B-1 Retail Sales Business District to RPUD Residential <br />Ploruied Unit Development District <br />Page i of3
