3. Upon execution of the final plat of Orono Ambar, the City Council shall direct the <br />Mayor and Clerk to execute other documents required by this subdivision and PUD <br />rezoning, including but not limited to the following; "Development Agreement <br />Relating to Orono Woods Apartments (Including Tax Increment Financing District <br />No. 1*1) Between City of Orono, Orono Housing and Redevelopment Authority and <br />Orono Senior Housing , LLC"; "Planned Unit Development No. 2A Agreement for <br />Orono Ambar Office Building"; "Planned Unit Development No. 2B Agreement for <br />Orono Woods Apartments"; and any documents related to the TIF financing and <br />issuance of the Multifamily Senior Housing Revenue Bonds. <br />4. Final building design plans for the Office building on Lot I (Phase 2) shall be subject <br />to City Council review and approval prior to issuance of permits for said building. <br />5. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with the Hennepin County <br />Registrar of Titles Office on or before April 22. 2002 together with a certiiled <br />original copy of this resolution and executed copies of the igreemcnts. casements, <br />and covenants pertinent thereto. <br />FURTHER. BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby declares that the <br />conditions of Resolution No. 3347 vacating an existing unused drainage and utility (sewer) easement <br />within Outlot F. Sugar Woods, have been fulfilled, and said vocation shall be elTective upon filing <br />of Resolution No. 3347 with the Hennepin County Registrar of Titles Office. <br />The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the plat has not been filed by <br />the date specified above. In Uiat event, it will be necessary to file a new application with the City <br />of Orono for subdivision review. <br />Page 5 of 7
