i <br />A RESOLUTION FINDING HAZARDOUS BUILDING <br />AND REQUIRING THE SECURING <br />AND REPAIR OR REMOVAL <br />OF THE RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE <br />AT 200 HOLLANDER ROAD, ORONO <br />WHEREAS, ihc City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br />under the law's of the State of Minnesota; arui <br />W HEREAS, John M. Hollander, 200 Hollander Road Orono, MN 55301 is the fee <br />owner of record of the property located at 200 1 lollander Road w iihin the City of Orono (hereinafter <br />“the City**) and legally de.veribed as follows: <br />Property Idcnlilicalion Number: 25-118-23 44 0015 <br />l.ot 002, Block 001. Holly Acres 3"* Addition (hcreinaOer ‘the <br />property**); and <br />W HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono, having duly considered the <br />matter pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 463.15 to 463.261, hereby finds that the above- <br />described property is uninhabitable and contains unsanitary and hazardous conditions which <br />constitute a public nuisance and which make this property hazardous to the public health, safety and <br />w cl lure, based on the following findings: <br />Field Stony l oundation <br />1. Foui ^dation is cracked and crumbling in many kK:ations. <br />2. i-tmndation is in danger of collapse. <br />3. Foundation has several areas that are open to the exterior. <br />4. \\*indows aa* broken, missing, and rotted allow ing entrance to animals and exposure <br />to tlic elements. <br />5. Forth has settled around foundation allowing water to collect m.J exert pressure on <br />foundationwalls.
