Matt Boltcrman, On-Site <br />Septic Manager, has reviewed the septic sites and has determined both the primar>' and alternate <br />drainfield sites meet all City and State standards. The site evaluations were completed by <br />Swedlund Septic Ser\*ice. ITic existing sites on the east parcel and middle parcel arc conforming <br />systems and would not be impacted by the lot line rearrangcmeni. <br />Access <br />All three lots currently have access by a private driveway off Shoreline Drive. This access would <br />a*main the same. The driveway is located over Tracis E, H, and C of RLS 245. No more than <br />three homes will be served by this driveway.
