A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />THE REGISTERED LAND SURVEY <br />OF A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT <br />LOCATED AT 1780 SHORELINE DRIVE <br />FILE NO. 01-2688 <br />WHEREAS, the Cit>' of Orono is a municipal coqwralion organized and existing <br />under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinalk*r "City Council") has <br />adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe develupmcnl of land within the <br />City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council on June 25. 2001 adopted Resolution No. 4668 <br />approving a lot line rearrangement subdivision by Kirtland C. Woodhouse. (hereinafter "the <br />applicant") and David M. Winton. (hercinaOcr "the subdivider") of properties legally described us <br />follows: <br />Exhibit “A" attached (hereinaAer "the Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, Heiuicpin County has required that this subdivision be recorded as a <br />Registered Land Survey; and <br />WHEREAS, the property, upon recording of Registered Land Surv cy No. . shall <br />hence forth be known as Tracts A. H. C and I). Registered Land Survey No. . <br />NO>> , I HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Orono hereby approves the Registered Land Survey of the above referenced property by the <br />sul'dividcr as shown on the Registered Land Survey by Mark S. Gronberg. a licensed survevor of <br />Gronberg & .Associates, dated and rev ised September 28. 2001. and attached to this resolution as <br />Exhibit B. subject to the following conditions: <br />I. The aforesaid division as shown on the attached registered land survey shall be filed by <br />the City of Orono with the Hennepin County Recorder's Office on or before April 8.2002 <br />together w ith a certified original copy of this resolution. <br />Page I of 3
