ORDINANCE NO..SECOND SERIES <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF ORONO <br />AND AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP <br />BY REZONING PROPERTY WITHIN <br />OLTLOT F, SUGAR WOODS, HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />FROM B-l RETAIL SALES BUSINESS DISTRICT TO <br />B-6 HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL DISTRICT OR <br />RPUD RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT <br />AND ADDING SECTION 10.53 SUBDIVISION 9 REGARDING <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT NO. 2 <br />- FILE M640 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br />under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has approved the rcplatting of <br />Outlot F, Sugar Woods. Hennepin County, Minnesota into Lots 1 and 2, Orono Ambar, Hennepin <br />County, Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the rezoning of said Lots 1 and 2 per the <br />findings, terms and conditions of Resolution No._______adopted____________, 2001, and the <br />ceratin PUD Agreement between Dunbar Development Corporation and the City of Orono dated <br />.2001. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORONO <br />DOES HEREBY ORDAIN: <br />Section 1. The Municipal Code of Orono is amended by amending tlic ofTicial zoning map and <br />zoning district boundaries for the property described as follows: <br />Lot 1. Block 1. Orono Arobar. Hennepin County. Minnesota. <br />Said property is hercb\ rc/oned from B-1 Retail Sales Business District to B-61 lighway Commercial <br />District. <br />Section .. The Municipal Code of Orono is amended by amending the ofTicial zoning map and <br />zoning district boundaries for the property described as follows: <br />Lot 2, Block I, Orono Ambar. Hennepin County. Minnesota. <br />Said property is hereby rezoned from B-1 Retail Sales Business District to RPUD Residential <br />Planned Unit Development District. <br />Page I of3
