Inc. at 450 North <br />Old Cr> stal Bay Road. Orono. MN <br />Dear Mr. Weinberger: <br />This letter is being written in response to your letter dated April 4,2001 uquesting ABC Supply <br />to submit an Application for a Conditional Use Pemtit for Outside Storage. In accordance with <br />your letter, please find the following: <br />1. Completed Land Use/ConJitional Use Pemtit Application form. <br />2. A check for the application fee in the amount of S325.00. <br />3. Certified list of all property ow-ners within 350 feet of the property. <br />4a. Detailed description of the proposed use of the outdoor storage area for palletized <br />stacking of roofing shingles. The roofing shingles w ill be stacked two high in rows. The <br />maximum height of palletized double-stacked shingles w ill be 6 feet (see photographs <br />enclosed). <br />4b. Lighting of the outdoor storage area is from wall packs located on the building. An <br />emergency floodlight is available, when neccssar>', to light the area for personnel safety <br />reasons. <br />4c. There should not be any impact on adjacent properties to the north, east and south as <br />there are no homes in those directions.
