RESITME <br />Ronald G. Kirk, PE, RA <br />As president of Kirk Program Management. Inc., since 1992 Ron has helped business and <br />institutional clients manage their design and construction projects from pre-design through post* <br />occupancy. <br />Ron ’s experience includes managing Opus Architects & Engineers, a division of a national <br />design/build'developer. with operations in four cities. He also held engineering management <br />positions at Ellcrbe Architects. <br />Ron brings a design and construction insider's perspective, a perspective that can strengthen the <br />clients ability to manage a complex and often unfamiliar process to achieve predictable, high <br />value added results. <br />Ron represents only the project ’s Owner or Tenant and brings the wisdom of over 34 years of <br />design and construction experience to help his clients create an effective link between the client's <br />business objectives and the facility requirements, leverage the client’s time and internal resources, <br />make informed decisions and to increase the value of the investment in facility dollars to the <br />bonom line. <br />A registered architect and registered structural engineer, Ron has a degree in architectural <br />engineering from Iowa State University.
