Firm Organization <br />Constructive Ideas, Inc. has been in business over thirteen years, and Mr. Wolters <br />has over thirty years’ experience in the Twin Cities construction market. Kirk <br />Program Management has been in business nine years, and Mr. Kirk has over <br />thirty yean’ experience as a design professional in the Twin Cities construction <br />market. <br />Neither Constructive Ideas, Inc., nor Kirk Program Management Inc. provides <br />general construction or constmetion muiagement services. <br />Neither firm is now, or has been in the past, involved in any litigation as a result <br />of services provided. <br />If selected on this project, the individuals a -signed to the project will be; <br />William A. Experience <br />A recent example of the successful Project Management techniques implemented <br />by Constructive Ideas and Kirk Program Management is the construction of the <br />new City Hall and Public Safety facility for the City of Maple Grove, Maple <br />Grove, Minnesota. Please see the attached list of projects for other Fire Stations <br />or Municipal Buildings where cost management, project scheduling or program <br />management efforts have been utilized. <br />Constructive Ideas, Inc. and Kirk Program Management Inc. .'C not aware of any <br />projects where their serv ices wcic utilized where the project was over budget or <br />behind the owner ’s schedule. <br />3.
