A budget adjustment is needed in the Improvement and Equipment Outlay Fund <br />to reflect the expenditure. In addition, a budget adjustment is needed to reflect the expenditure of <br />$ 177.33 as the city’s share of the cost of a gauge added to Tanker 1 2 as part of the original purchase <br />of the tanker truck. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to approve a budget adjustment in the amount of $6,620.20 in the Improvement and <br />Equipment Outlay Fund to reflect the expenditures for the tank replacement on Tanker 11 and <br />the additional expenses for Tanker 12.
