ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 10,2001 <br />CCXJMCn ucmNQ <br />SEP 2 4 2001 <br />crrropoRCTjQ <br />ROLL <br />The Council met on the above-mentioned date with the following members present: Mayor <br />Barbara Peterson, Couik U Members Jim >Vhite. Jav Nygard, Richard Flint, and Bob <br />Sonseverc. Representing staff were Cit\ Administrator Ron Moorsc, City Attorney Tom <br />Bairett, Planning Director Michael Gaffron, Zoning Administrator Paul Weinberger, Zoning <br />Administrator Wendy Bonenberg. City Engineer Tom Kellogg, Public Serv ices Director <br />Greg Gappa. and Recorder Alissa Wintemheimer. Council Member Sansevea* arrived at <br />7:05 p.m. <br />Mayor Peterson called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />Mayor Peterson opened Public Hearings for Items 5,4100 Watertown Road; 6, 1855 <br />Concordia Street; 7, 3477 Livingston Avenue; and 8, 1030 Old Crystal Bay Road at <br />7:02 p.ro. <br />There was no one present other than the applicants who wanted to address the Council. <br />Mayor Peterson closed the Public Hearings at 7:05 p.m. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />1. Approve/Amend <br />Item 2 was removed from the Con.sent Agenda. Items 5 and 6 were added to the Con.sent <br />Agenda. <br />Flint moved, and Sansevere seconded, to approve the eonsent agenda as amended. <br />Vote; Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />2. Regular Council Meeting of August 27,2001 <br />Flint stated that there was a typo on page 9 where it stales that White moved and White <br />seconded to approve paymer* of the All Funds Account. He stated it should read that <br />White moved and Flint seconded. <br />White moved, and Sansevere seconded, to approve the Minutes of the Regular <br />Council Meeting of August 27,2001 as amended. <br />Vote: Ayes 5, Nays 0.
