Staff Recommendafion <br />The preferred option w-ould be to relocate the garage Amher from the property line. However, the <br />property owners would prefer the garage to remain in the existing location since the w ork being done <br />to the building to correct a drainage problem. A visual inspection of the site and viewing photos it <br />is clear the garage is in very good condition and should not require further strucrjral improvements. <br />If variaiKes are approved the following will be required of the property owners. <br />1. The garage shall meet all requirements of the fire code including installation of a Are wall. <br />2.
