The side yard adjacent to the street functions as an interior side lot line. The intent of <br />the ordinance is to not allow fences over 3 '/i feet to located in a functional street yard. <br />The total width of the right of way is 40 ’, therefore the fence would be located 40' from the nearest <br />adjacent property line.
