(20%) is existing and none is aUowed as shoNvn on <br />Exhibit A. <br />Minnesota: <br />NOW, TffiREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono. <br />1. <br />2. <br />FINDINGS <br />This application was reviewed as Zoning File #2305. <br />The property is located in the LR-IB Single Family Lakeshorc R«identlal <br />Zoning District requiring one acre in area. The property consists of 1.02 acre. <br />3.The Orono Planiilng Commission reviewed this application on November 17. <br />1997 and recommended approval of the proposed vanance based upon th <br />following findings: <br />1.
