(15.3^o) where 5,815 s.f. The property consists of 1.02 acre. <br />3.The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this renewal applicati.nn on October <br />16, 2000 and recommended approval of the proposed variances based upon the <br />following findings: <br />1.
