Paulson <br />Our borne at 2605 Maple Ridge Lane as built in 1952 by Mr. Lyle Halvonon <br />for bis family and sold to the Bower family in 1974. My wife and I <br />ptuchased and have resided at this property since 1978. While we have <br />continued to upgrade the property, its value and tax base, we have never <br />before asked for a variance. This **average lakesbore** set back variance that <br />we are requesting docs not obstnict the view of any neighbor. In fact, the <br />natural topography sets the pool and deck below the neighbors sight line <br />while the over brush provid^ total isolation of the property from the view of <br />either neighbor. <br />The property is approximately two acres that we have maintained in a <br />pristine manner. With the visiting of grandchildren, this pool provides a <br />family gathering area with true family value.
